Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping & Delivery Gravity Sports ships internationally to most countries worldwide. Once your order has been produced and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–30 business days, depending on destination
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll make it right.
